Many will tell you that bravery means

It fester. But that’s misguided.
It takes guts to let your eyes water
And allow your heart to fill with grief.
Not everyone can look at themselves
With that same sense of reality.
Don’t let the ones who are still
Dead inside steal away your feelings.
Refute what they tell you and don’t
Ever look back as you finally start to live.
